Weddings

The Packages

Diamond Package :  Friday & Saturday

Enjoy utilizing the venue for two days instead of one! Use Friday to decorate and/or hold your rehearsal supper. We will include one bartender for your rehearsal supper with this rental. We will also include two bartenders for your wedding reception for up to 100 guests. Additional bartenders may need to be purchased depending on your guest count. In addition to the 2 bartenders you will receive one domestic keg of beer of your choice (Busch Light, Bud Light, Coors Light or Michelob Ultra) in this package to be used at your wedding reception. Venue hours are 10:00 am to 9:00 pm on Friday, and Saturday 2:00pm to 12:00am.

Reserving Your Date

To reserve your date. a rental deposit equal to 50% of the rental fee is due along with a $250 refundable damage deposit. The remaining 50% of the rental fee is due 6 months prior to your event.

Seating Capacity

We can accommodate 350 seated guests.

Hours of Rental

Delray 817 will be available the day of your event from 2:00 pm to 12:00 am. If Delray 817 is not rented out the day before your event, and you wish to come in to decorate, you would have three hours within our off hours of 9:00 am to 4:00 pm to do so. The venue will be open on the day of the event at 2:00 pm to accept deliveries and prepare for the event, unless otherwise communicated with your event coordinator. If you need to get into the venue before the 2:00 pm allotted time, you are able to rent the extra hour(s) for  $150 per hour.

Decoration Services

Our owner, Alicia offers a custom design decoration service. This service includes ordering, pick up set up, tear down, cleaning and return of product. She works with all visions and budgets! Give a budget and she comes up with several centerpieces, back drop ideas and more to choose from. We use local rental companies as well to complete your dream decor! Please inquire for more information.

Convenience In Parking

Delray 817 is conveniently located right next door to a parking garage, making it easy for guests to find a spot and enjoy the celebration without any hassle. Just park, and you’ll be steps away.

Hotel Accommodations

Delray 817 is proud to partner with our neighbor across the street, the  Courtyard by Marriott, offering  exclusive room block rate for our clients that host their events with us here at D8! The sleeping room reserved by the bride and groom will receive a discounted rate of $99 for the duration of their stay.

One complimentary romance amenity consisting of chocolate covered strawberries and one bottle of champagne will be provided to help celebrate the wedding night. These amenities are provided regardless of group pickup. Guests of the wedding will reserve room under the wedding block and will receive a discount rate (typically $139, unless it's over a citywide event, in which the rate will be higher, but still discounted).

We proudly serve all drinks in glassware all evening long! Kindly be informed that a 20% service charge is applied to the bar order at Delray 817. This charge is a reflection of our commitment to delivering exceptional service and ensuring that every aspect of your celebration, including the beverage service, is executed with the highest standards of quality and attention to detail. Rest assured, this fee contributes to the seamless orchestration of your special day, allowing us to exceed your expectations and create cherished memories that last a lifetime. PLEASE READ BELOW! If you have any questions contact us at any time A 20% Service Charge, 7.25% Sales tax and 2% Occupation tax will apply to the final bar bill. This is ONLY for the bar order/bill and bartender fee. Our venue offers flexible dining options to suit the style and flow of your special day. Whether you prefer the elegance of a plated meal served on fine china or the variety and convenience of a buffet, we have you covered. For buffet-style service, you can choose between classic china or high-quality plastic to match your vision and budget. No matter the option, we ensure a delicious and beautifully presented dining experience for you and your guests.

If you choose not to use one of our preferred caterers you are able to bring your own caterer for an additional fee of $500.00. Your chosen caterer must be licensed and insured, have staff to run the dinner part of your event (serve the meal and clean up all aspects of the meal - clean up guest plates, utensils, buffet, staff room if utilized, take dinner service trash out etc) and must abide by our catering rules. The Depot does not staff to assist catering during the meal in any way. If our staff is forced to help with any aspect of the meal your damage deposit will be kept for excessive cleaning. Please make sure your caterer is full service!

asked questions

How many guests can Delray 817 hold?

We can accommodate 350 seated guests.

When are we able to access the venue?

The contracted time is 2:00pm to 12:00am. You are able to rent extra venue hours if you need in to the space before the allotted 2:00pm time for $150.00 per hour extra.

 Can we have our ceremony as well as our reception at Delray 817? 

Of course! We have the option of ceremony style seating flip to reception seating for an extra fee or you are able to have reception style seating for your ceremony at no extra charge! Please see our A La Carte tab for more information.

Do you have preferred caterers?

Yes! We have 5 preferred caterers that offer a broad range of options and pricing! Please refer to our preferred caterers tab. If you find that these caterers do not meet your food needs you are able to bring an outside caterer in for a fee. Outside catering is required to be full service, no drop off catering. The caterer must provide set up, bussing, clean up and food trash take out. 

 Can I bring outside food or drinks at no extra charge? 

Yes! You are able to bring in cocktail snacks for cocktail hour, late night snack and use any bakery/person of your choice for your cake and/or dessert for no extra charge. You may NOT bring any alcoholic beverages on the premises as our liquor license does not permit it. We have a fully stocked bar and highly trained bartenders onsite.  You can purchase a non alcoholic beverage table service. All other drinks must be purchased through the venue.

Is a dry bar an option?

You bet! We do however require a $500.00 fee for all dry bars! We love to come up with mocktails for your guests as a dry option! 

Do you have any decor restrictions?

NO open flame candles. Flames must be in a covered vessel.  Items hung on the walls or ceilings must be approved by management before hand. NO confetti or glitter.

Can we leave decorations and other items pertaining to our event overnight and pick them up the next day?

Unfortunately you cannot. All items brought into the venue by the client or outside vendors must be taken out when the event has concluded unless otherwise with the Event Coordinator.
