Ceremony Seating and Flip
Includes set-up of ceremony style seating, flip to reception, and early access into venue (noon).

Beverage Tables
Includes nice drink containers, table linen, staff taking care of the table, water, tea, and cups for your guests.

Stage
Can be used for head tables, bands, etc. Includes set up/tear-down and skirting.

Glass Cylinder Vase Centerpieces
Includes seasonal greenery, floating candles, set-up and tear-down.

Backdrop
32’ x 120’ pipe and drape. Includes set up/tear down. Available in black, white, or Ivory.

Living Space
Gorgeous 4 bedroom, 2 ½ bath fully furnished living space attached to the venue (sleeps 12 - no pets please) - 2 night minimum.

Guest Table Linens
Can be chosen in black, white or ivory. Includes set up, tear down and cleaning of all linens.

Head Table, Cake Table, Gift/Guest Book Table
Linens can be chosen in black, white or ivory.

Linen Napkins
Comes in variety of colors.

Ceremony Seating
Includes set up of ceremony style seating and flip to reception style seating (including guest table decor placement during flip).

A great way to keep the bar moving! Includes aesthetically pleasing drink containers, table linen, staff taking care of the table, water and/or tea and cups for you guests all event long.

32’ x 120’ pipe and drape. Includes set up/tear down. White, Ivory or Black drape included.

Sunday Clean-Up Option
If the venue is not booked for a Sunday event, you’ll have the opportunity to reserve 2 additional hours on Sunday for clean-up. This optional service is available for a fee of $250 and is subject to availability.
